Hybrid L2 Technical Analyst Green Shield

Elevate your IT support career as an L2 Technical Analyst at Green Shield, combining hybrid work with hands-on technical assistance in Windsor. You will troubleshoot Windows 11 desktops, maintain asset inventory, and assist with device setups to ensure employee efficiency. Key Responsibilities
• Provide onsite and remote technical support for staff
• Troubleshoot desktop and mobile device issues
• Deploy and maintain endpoint devices following procedures
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities
• Create documentation and knowledge base articles

Requirements:
• Previous end-user technical support experience
• Strong skills with Microsoft 365 applications
• Knowledge of Active Directory management
• Experience in workstation deployments and asset management
