Key Responsibilities
• Develop and refine comprehensive sales account plans
• Maintain a commercial opportunity pipeline in CRM
• Build relationships within customer organizations
• Identify shifts in customer demands and regulations
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure profitable growth

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of sales experience
• Preferred experience with coatings or sealants
• Familiarity with P&L reporting
