Keep construction equipment repairs organized through detailed work orders, service records, and technician notes in a Monday-to-Friday daytime schedule.
As a Parts and Service Technician, you will coordinate maintenance and repair requirements across field and shop teams. Your work includes documenting repairs, parts used, and technician notes while supporting warranty claims. Accuracy, communication, and computer proficiency are central to the position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open, update, and close repair work orders
- Document technician notes, repairs, and parts used
- Maintain equipment service records for ongoing reference
- Assist with equipment warranty claims and documentation
- Ensure workplace safety procedures are followed
Requirements:
- Three or more years in service coordination or related work
- Knowledge of construction equipment maintenance operations
- Computer proficiency with work order management systems
- Excellent communication with technicians and supervisors
- Strong attention to detail and safety commitment
Use service documentation, work order management, and equipment knowledge to help construction teams maintain accurate repair records.
