Key Responsibilities
• Update and maintain corporate entity records
• Manage insurance broker relations and policy renewals
• Administer leases and directly manage tenant communications
• Oversee immigration procedures for international transfers
• Build and streamline corporate administrative functions
Requirements:
• 5+ years in corporate or lease administration
• Demonstrated experience with corporate filings and contracts
• Education in business, law, or paralegal studies
• Background in manufacturing or multi-entity services
• Valid driver's licence Engage with Pangeo Group and take charge of building a solid corporate services foundation.
