Lead financial planning and analysis at HEALWELL AI, using forecasting and financial modeling to guide organization-wide decisions. This manager role supports healthcare technology growth.
Reporting to the Director, FP&A, the Manager, FP&A drives planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across business units. The work includes financial models, variance analysis, KPI monitoring, and collaboration with department leaders. HEALWELL AI develops AI and data science capabilities for preventative care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly forecasting and long-term organizational projections
- Develop and enhance financial models for scenario analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor financial performance metrics supporting business growth
- Collaborate with leaders on results, forecasts, and action plans
Requirements:
- Five to seven years of financial leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field
- Strong IFRS and GAAP knowledge
- Expertise in financial modeling and M&A support
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership capabilities
