Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business needs using JAD sessions and interviews
• Develop and manage Agile/Scrum artifacts like User Stories
• Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders
• Create documentation required for implementation plans
• Gather service information to recommend efficiency improvements
Requirements:
• Strong business analysis expertise and techniques
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability in critical thinking and problem-solving
• Hands-on experience with Agile project management
• Knowledge of software development life cycle and project planning Utilize your skills in business analysis and Agile to support impactful government projects at the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery.
