Key Responsibilities
• Lead development, testing, and documentation of system requirements
• Facilitate meetings to gather and validate business needs
• Provide user support, including training and troubleshooting
• Draft comprehensive risk assessments for enhancement projects
• Ensure QA & UAT processes are documented effectively
Requirements:
• College diploma or degree in computer science or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in retail systems
• Bilingual in French and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft products
• Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills Contribute to the success of our retail operations by bringing your expertise in business analysis and systems enhancement.
