Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and conduct product trials based on R&D directives
• Measure and mix ingredients according to standardized recipes
• Perform chemical and sensory evaluations as required
• Ensure lab equipment is maintained per safety regulations
• Record all results for batch documentation
Requirements:
• Technical degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in R&D or lab roles
• Strong documentation and attention to detail
• Ability to follow established safety and quality guidelines
