Apply operational risk analysis and control testing as a Senior Analyst supporting a Bank’s non-financial risk framework across business units.
This senior role evaluates risks involving people, processes, systems, and external events. You will assess controls, monitor issues, support continuity planning, and prepare reporting. The work also contributes to technology, cybersecurity, and third-party risk initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk and control assessments with business partners
- Perform independent testing of key business controls
- Coordinate issue remediation and corrective action plans
- Support Business Impact Assessments and continuity documentation
- Prepare risk metrics and management information
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in a related discipline
- Five to seven years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience interpreting qualitative and quantitative information
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Use control testing, issue oversight, and analytical reporting skills to strengthen operational risk management across the Bank.
