Talent Partner for CleanTech and Engineering

Key Responsibilities
• Visit clients weekly to build meaningful connections
• Develop recruitment attraction and delivery strategies
• Advise on best practices for assessment processes
• Conduct recruiter screens and manage interview debriefs
• Deliver weekly and monthly data progress reports

Requirements:
• Previous in-house, RPO, or agency recruitment experience
• Outstanding headhunting and delivery capabilities
• Stakeholder engagement proficiency
• Strategic and adaptable mindset
