Lead Security Operations Center teams with access control expertise and strong communication skills at Securitas. This is an on-site operational leadership role.
Securitas seeks an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily SOC operations and security service delivery. The manager leads personnel, maintains security systems, and supports client relationships. Success requires organizational, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Security Operations Center staff operations
- Evaluate personnel performance and take corrective action
- Administer access cards, changes, groups, and reports
- Maintain security systems and established procedures
- Review incident and technical reports for accuracy
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of security experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Understanding of incident reporting and escalation procedures
- Experience managing employees, schedules, and client relationships
