How You'll Help Us
As a consulting Business Analyst, you will help clients move from an identified problem or opportunity to a clear, valuable, and implementable change. You will connect business strategy, operations, people, data, and technology; reduce ambiguity; and help delivery teams make informed decisions from discovery through implementation and value realization.
You will adapt your business analysis approach to the assignment - predictive/waterfall, agile/iterative, or hybrid - and produce the level of documentation, traceability, governance, and collaboration needed for the client context. Depending on level, you may contribute as an analyst, own a workstream, lead business analysis across a program, or serve as an enterprise advisor and subject‑matter expert.
How We Will Help You
Joining our organization is an opportunity to grow a consulting career. We support development in business analysis, client delivery, facilitation, industry knowledge, product and agile practices, data and AI, change leadership, and relevant professional certifications. You will work with experienced colleagues, contribute to reusable consulting assets, and take on increasingly complex assignments as your capabilities grow.
