Lead change governance for Thales in Ottawa through strategic intake, impact triage, and approval decisions within a hybrid work model.
This Program Change Control Manager oversees the AJISS program delivery pipeline and aligns changes with business governance. The position manages the Program Change Control Board, change planning, validation, and closure. It requires experience governing complex programs, strong organization, and proficiency with Microsoft tools, SharePoint, and JIRA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gatekeep unified project and transformation change requests
- Assess budget, timeline, milestone, and cross-functional impacts
- Chair Program Change Control Board sessions
- Maintain change logs and integrate approved changes
- Coordinate validation, acceptance, closure, and lessons learned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or relevant experience
- Five to seven years’ similar experience within ten years
- Complex program change management experience
- Strong organization and multiple-priority management skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and JIRA proficiency
