¢ Build and maintain respectful relationships with Indigenous partners â€
¢ Tailor strategic frameworks to meet community feedback effectively â€
¢ Help create inclusive Indigenous participation plans for projects
Requirements:

¢ Relevant post-secondary education in social sciences or similar â€
¢ Significant experience in Indigenous engagement and community relations â€
¢ Ability to foster relationships that align with reconciliation goals â€
¢ Strong facilitation and communication capabilities â€
¢ Willingness to travel across Western Canada for stakeholder engagement Play a pivotal role at PCL Constructors in fostering community trust and sustainable collaboration.
