Build high-performing web applications in Toronto with React, Node.js, JavaScript, and Python at TMX, using a hybrid work model. Design secure digital interfaces that connect with enterprise systems and data sources.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work within a cross-functional squad alongside Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineers. You will lead technical design, front-end architecture, and back-end implementation for modular, scalable applications. The work supports Capital Formation Transformation at TMX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement web applications using React, Node.js, JavaScript, and Python
  • Build RESTful APIs, web sockets, and microservices integrations
  • Optimize code, caching strategies, database queries, and application architecture
  • Deploy containerized applications on AWS using Docker and CI/CD pipelines
  • Participate in Scrum planning, standups, grooming, and retrospectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical working experience
  • Five-plus years building production-grade full-stack web applications
  • Expertise with JavaScript, React, HTML5, CSS3, and component-based architecture
  • Experience with Node.js, Python frameworks, PostgreSQL, SQL, and NoSQL
  • Hands-on AWS, Docker, Git, Jira, and Confluence experience
