You will provide technical feedback on real-world system behavior through agent evaluation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agent behaviors
- Debug traces from multi-turn agent interactions
- Stress test agents in live environments
- Provide clear technical feedback on complex system behaviors
Requirements:
- Two or more years in backend engineering, AI automation, or systems integration
- Build production-grade software with modular service separation
- Handle live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn interactions
- Demonstrate outstanding attention to detail
- Work from an accepted applicant country
