Support Cohere’s AI deployments through precise delivery coordination, technical fluency, and clear reporting. This full-time analyst role serves Canadian public sector programs.
As a Public Sector Delivery Analyst, you will help organize large government engagements with Engineering Program Managers, Technical Leads, and senior leadership. Your work keeps actions, dependencies, documentation, and client forums moving. The position requires comfort discussing APIs, integrations, environments, testing, and releases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive actions and dependencies to closure across delivery teams
- Coordinate client sessions and progressively lead working-level discussions
- Run meeting and reporting rhythms with clear next steps
- Build status reports, registers, traceability, and decision records
- Maintain accurate program documentation in the document management environment
Requirements:
- Four years’ experience in professional services or technical delivery
- Strong written communication and advanced office software skills
- Technical fluency across APIs, integrations, testing, and releases
- Consistent follow-through and sound escalation judgment
- University degree in a related field preferred
