Coordinate transportation orders with Truckmate dispatch and customer communication at TF Energy Solutions, serving Canada and the United States.
As a Logistics Coordinator, you manage shipments from order entry through billing readiness. The work includes manifests, driver dispatch, delivery follow-up, and return-trip freight planning. Success requires transportation experience, shipping knowledge, and strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter transportation orders into the Truckmate dispatch system
- Build manifests and dispatch drivers for deliveries
- Communicate consistently with drivers and customers
- Follow orders until POD enters the system
- Preplan freight for return trips
Requirements:
- Minimum two years in the trucking transport industry
- Knowledge of Canadian and United States shipping regulations
- Deck experience and LTL shipping knowledge required
- Oil and Gas experience, including tubular pipe movements
- Adaptable, self-motivated, results-driven, relationship-focused team player
