As a Senior Account Executive on the LCS Mid-Market team, your day-to-day work centres on understanding what drives your clients' businesses and translating those insights into tailored Google advertising strategies. You'll develop joint long-term plans with clients, lead internal cross-functional collaboration, and consistently find ways to deliver incremental outcomes for both Google and its customers.

Requirements / Skills

Google is looking for a candidate who combines deep sales and digital advertising expertise with the strategic instincts needed to advise senior client stakeholders. The ideal person brings a consultative mindset, a track record of hitting growth targets, and a genuine interest in how AI and data can drive marketing performance.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of industry experience in sales, business development, or digital advertising — or 6 years with an advanced degree
  • Portfolio management experience in an advertising or media sales context is preferred
  • Experience leveraging AI to drive efficiency in a sales or marketing context
  • Familiarity with Google Ad Solutions, including video advertising (AI-powered performance, CTV) and an understanding of the competitor landscape across traditional and digital media
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics, including product knowledge across digital advertising product areas
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and drive growth goals through storytelling as a customer engagement strategy

Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context.
