Build clearer legal document experiences as a Technical Editor with LawDepot’s Edmonton team, refining questionnaires, templates, and CMS content for customers.
As part of UX Optimization, you will implement interactive products that support more than 25 million annual users. This full-time permanent role involves shaping customer guidance, maintaining product quality, and improving web workflows. Work is available in office or through a hybrid arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement products according to defined acceptance criteria
- Refine questionnaires guiding customized legal document creation
- Conduct peer reviews for product quality and consistency
- Research and promote web product best practices
- Collaborate with Legal, Design, Development, and QA
Requirements:
- Education in writing, communications, technology, or related fields
- Self-driven ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to identify opportunities and suggest new ideas
- Ability to recognize system constraints and improve workflows
- Experience with low-code or web design is an asset
Use content judgment, collaboration, and web product knowledge to strengthen LawDepot’s legal document creation experience.
