Lead Salesforce-focused business systems analysis in a hybrid Senior IT Business Systems Analyst position based in London, Toronto, or Winnipeg. Translate complex needs into connected technology solutions.
Canada Life seeks a senior analyst to bridge business requirements with technology across discovery, resolution, and systems enhancement. You will analyze end-to-end requirements spanning front-end experiences, APIs, integrations, data, mainframe systems, identity, security, and enterprise platforms. The work supports solution design, impact assessment, estimation, and delivery planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead gathering, analysis, and validation of complex end-to-end requirements
- Assess dependencies, risks, assumptions, constraints, gaps, and data flows
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements walkthroughs
- Support solution design, estimation, and delivery planning
- Maintain requirements continuity through changing initiative priorities
Requirements:
- Seven or more years as a Business Systems Analyst
- Experience with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud and Communities
- Business analysis accreditation or equivalent credentials and experience
- Scrum delivery experience, including backlog planning and Sprint ceremonies
- Reliability Status security clearance required before access to Protected B information
