• Manage daily operations of Lindt Retail Boutique
• Drive corporate sales and monitor profitability
• Train and supervise store employees for optimal performance
• Order merchandise, focusing on inventory management
• Handle cash reconciliation and store administration
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of retail management experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English
• Sales-oriented and passionate about customer service
• Experience in merchandising or presentations
