Lead retail sales operations at The Brick with customer service, merchandising, and team leadership responsibilities. Manage a store while driving performance.
The Brick is expanding its management team with Store Managers focused on customer service and career growth. This role oversees merchandising, policies, sales programs, scheduling, coaching, inventory, and store operations. You will also address escalated customer concerns and organize promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain merchandising detail and customer service excellence
- Implement Brick Group policies, procedures, and sales programs
- Increase Average Sales, Closing Ratio, and Return on Customer
- Schedule staff and conduct daily sales meetings
- Coach employees through goals and performance evaluations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset
- Minimum three years retail sales or customer service experience
- Two or more years retail supervisory or management experience
- Proven leadership, communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Working knowledge of retail systems and strong problem solving
