Use advanced Excel and financial analytics to support Canadian Tire’s Post-Purchase Program. This analyst role strengthens repair, spare-part, and customer-review processes.
The Post-Purchase Program Analyst supports the Product Quality Organization’s customer-focused mandate. You will analyze opportunities, maintain program reporting, and help design strategic initiatives surrounding post-purchase service and sustainability. The role requires collaboration across Product Quality Assurance, Brand, Product Development, Merchandising, Offshore Teams, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate opportunities to expand product SKU coverage
- Support financial models and feasibility analysis
- Manage vendor billing requirements and program costs
- Monitor service provider standards and performance
- Maintain reporting for reviews, questions, and product coverage
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in business or similar
- Two or more years of business experience in retail
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, basic programming, and Microsoft Access
- Strong business and financial acumen with critical thinking
- Effective communication, accountability, and attention to detail
