Title: Instructional Designer – PLM Educational Content Designer – (French Speaker)
Duration: 4+ months possibility of renewal – 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: CAD $75/hr – CAD $80/hr - Incorporated basis
The candidate must have the following qualifications:
- Minimum 7+ years of instructional design experience supporting enterprise system implementations, digital transformation programs, or technical learning environments
- Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, education, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, e-learning authoring, and communication tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Greenshot, Learning Management System, etc.)
- Exposure to Siemens Teamcenter, Siemens NX, CATIA, ENOVIA, SAP, or other enterprise engineering platforms is considered a strong asset.
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and competency-based learning design.
- Experience creating assessments, practical exercises, simulations, and performance support materials to measure learning effectiveness and readiness
- Experience in managing LMS to upload files, and reporting
- Able to prioritize and work well under pressure to meet deliverables
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Strong, planning, organizational skills and problem- solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills with subject matter experts (SMEs), technical teams and trainers
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, finance and procurement (Asset)
