QFG invites applications for a Principal Software Engineer committed to driving technical excellence. You will be responsible for leading complex projects and optimizing system architecture, utilizing your extensive experience in Node.js. This position provides the chance to mentor talent and implement best practices in software design.
Key Responsibilities: • Maintain ownership of technical projects and engineering tasks • Design and propose solutions for scalable applications • Mentor team members and oversee code quality • Troubleshoot complex issues across multiple platforms • Define test plans ensuring adherence to quality standards
Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields • 8+ years of software development experience • Expert in Node.js, strong in C# .NET preferred • Proven skills in API architecture and engineering • Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL databases, and cloud services
