This is a pivotal role focusing on procurement and enhancing supplier performance in the aerospace, defense, and technology sectors. In this position, you will execute purchase orders and manage critical supplier relationships, ensuring a seamless supply chain. Your analytical skills will directly contribute to recovery efforts for shortages, while you mentor junior staff to build a strong procurement team. Collaborate with various departments to align operational needs with material availability.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage purchase orders and supplier commitments
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure reliability
• Lead initiatives for material shortage recovery
• Participate in supplier business reviews and performance improvement
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction efforts

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or similar
• 3–6 years of supplier management and procurement experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Bilingualism is required
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Oracle Bring your expertise in procurement and supply management to Aversan Inc. in Montreal, impacting the aerospace industry.
