Key Responsibilities: • Lead continuous improvement and innovation initiatives • Develop detailed project action plans • Coordinate tooling and facility layout changes • Monitor project schedules and milestones • Engage in the implementation of new manufacturing methods
Requirements: • Degree in Aeronautics or related field • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Experience with CATIA V5, SAP, and Microsoft Office • Ability to work independently with strong judgment • Bilingual proficiency in French and English preferred
