In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing team through the entire product lifecycle—from defining the vision to delivering measurable results. You’ll collaborate across departments to drive product roadmaps, uncover new opportunities, and bring innovative solutions to life. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, consulting environment and is comfortable navigating ambiguity while leading client-facing delivery. Above all, the candidate embodies RevStar’s core values of Service, Transparency, Accountability, Adaptability, and Teamwork.Role and ResponsibilitiesMeet with clients (both onsite & online) to define product strategies and roadmapsDeliver PRDs with prioritized features and capabilities (write clear requirements & user stories)Understand and represent user needsDefine product and align with stakeholders around the vision for the productPerform product demos to customersTransition projects between the analysis and development stagesCreate a shared brain across larger teams to empower independent decision makingProvide guidance to both clients and development teamsWork independently to remove roadblocks and find product solutionsAct as a point of contact with our customers to manage expectations and deliver updatesUse Figma and AI-powered tools to support wireframing and prototyping effortsAssist with project operations and management; create timesheets, keep projects organized in Azure DevOps, and ensure company policies are followedProactively explore and utilize generative AI tools to enhance project workflows, communication, and innovationQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or ConsultingClient facing or consulting experienceFull lifecycle development experience using Agile/Scrum methodologiesStrong understanding of MVP (Minimum Viable Product) principles and ability to proactively prioritize features based on impact and value.Strong written, verbal and collaboration skillsNice to HavesExperience with AWSExperience with Healthcare platforms & HIPAA security standardsExperience with Azure DevOps or other project management toolsExperience with GithubLocationRemote, United States
