Compass Minerals seeks two Mine Production Supervisors to oversee its world-renowned Underground Salt Mine. As a key supervisor, you will ensure operational effectiveness by leading and directing a diverse team, while maintaining safety standards and maximizing production. Your role will involve comprehensive logging and reporting to support ongoing operational goals.
Key Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols • Set and achieve production targets each shift • Maintain accurate shift logs and communicate with teams • Conduct safety audits to support a Zero Harm approach • Direct personnel to maximize resource performance
Requirements: • High School diploma or GED required • 5 years of mining or heavy manufacturing experience • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act • Front-line supervisory experience preferred • Mining Common Core certification a plus
