We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineering Program Manager to spearhead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) programs in Toronto, ON. This full-time onsite position emphasizes UAT strategy development, execution coordination, and comprehensive test management. Key responsibilities include overseeing testing phases, leading teams, and ensuring all systems meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop comprehensive UAT test plans and strategies • Define testing scope, timelines, and objectives • Coordinate activities between business and technical teams • Mentor UAT testing teams for optimal performance • Document testing processes and lessons learned
Requirements: • Strong UAT management and Quality Engineering experience • Proven test strategy development capabilities • Experience managing cross-functional testing teams • Excellent stakeholder communication skills • Knowledge of software testing methodologies
