Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Management, this role will be responsible for managing key initiatives across the product lifecycle, supporting P&L performance, and leading a Product Analyst.The ideal candidate has experience in product management or business analysis, strong financial and strategic thinking skills, and thrives in a cross-functional environment. Experience in durable goods, home services, or recurring revenue models is a strong asset.Responsibilities:Support the development and execution of the product roadmap for water heaters and water purification solutionsMonitor product performance and customer trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvementLead initiatives related to pricing, positioning, and lifecycle optimizationAssist in managing the product category P&L and contribute to forecasting and margin analysisDevelop business cases for new product introductions and enhancementsCollaborate with Finance and Supply Chain to monitor cost structures and profitabilityPartner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Field Operations to ensure successful go-to-market execution and service readinessWork closely with the Senior Manager and broader product team to ensure alignment across categoriesManage and mentor a Product Analyst, providing guidance on analytics, reporting, and professional developmentFoster a collaborative and customer-focused team cultureQualifications4–6 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related roleStrong analytical and financial skills, with experience supporting P&L and business case developmentProficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Visio)Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related fieldCompensation: $74,817 - $118,211Please note that the compensation range listed includes base salary and potential incentive pay. Incentives such as bonuses are not guaranteed and depend on individual performance and company results.
