• Minimum 10 years of project management experience, including at least 7 years leading complex IT projects.
• Proven experience independently managing large-scale, high-risk initiatives from planning through implementation and close-out.

• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams with competing priorities.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

Technical Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience planning and coordinating the modernization of complex, multi-platform IT systems.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in requirements management, technical issue resolution, and JAD facilitation.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, and Planview.
• Proven ability to oversee project plans, technical documentation, migration strategies, and SDLC deliverables using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Project Management and Methodologies

• Minimum 7 years of experience leading complex IT projects or technology transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, budgets, schedules, resource allocation, and project governance.
• Experience presenting project performance, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Experience coordinating Threat Risk Assessments (TRA) and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) and implementing resulting recommendations.
• Proven experience managing change control, quality assurance, requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience implementing project management standards, templates, and reporting processes.

Communication Skills

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate, resolve escalated conflicts, build consensus, and communicate effectively with executive and technical audiences.

Large-Scale Organizational Experience

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex IT initiatives in large organizations with multiple business units, competing priorities, and interdependent systems.
