You will be instrumental in ensuring a fantastic experience for every client by mastering customer service skills and managing service queues. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional customer service to every guest • Communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person • Manage service queues and support team operations • Assist with visual merchandising and product inventory • Ensure a fun and engaging atmosphere for clients
Requirements: • Proven customer service experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with visual merchandising is an asset • Outgoing personality with a flair for fun
