Key Responsibilities: • Lead and develop a high-performing Logistics & Supply Chain team • Oversee affiliate Supply Chain strategy and direction • Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders • Ensure reliable access to Roche products for patients • Represent Roche in the Canadian Pharmaceutical Distribution Network

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred • 15+ years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology, 7+ years in leadership • Experience in end-to-end supply chain strategy • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance • Proven ability to evaluate market trends for strategy
