Key Responsibilities
• Establish maintenance objectives for operational excellence
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability
• Develop and execute long-term asset management plans
• Optimize schedules for shutdowns and outages
• Mentor a skilled maintenance team while leading union dynamics
Requirements:
• 10+ years of leadership experience in maintenance
• Strong technical or engineering background
• Proven record of enhancing reliability and cost efficiencies
• Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing settings
• Ability to lead effectively within a unionized labor context Lead a proactive maintenance culture to ensure high operational standards while leaving a significant legacy in manufacturing excellence.
