In this executive role, you will oversee all manufacturing operations, collaborating with various functions like Supply Chain and Quality Assurance to meet business objectives. Focused on strategic leadership, you will shape manufacturing plans that align with Maple Leaf Foods’ mission for sustainability and quality. Your expertise will guide Site Leaders and Plant Managers to execute effective processes maintaining industry standards.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee manufacturing processes across all facilities • Develop operational plans aligned with company vision • Implement consistent manufacturing standards for compliance • Strategize on capacity planning and resource optimization • Liaise with union representatives and industry advocates
Requirements: • Extensive experience in food or CPG manufacturing • Proven leadership across multiple plants • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Operations Management • Strong knowledge of lean principles and problem solving • Excellent communication and presentation skills
