Requirements: • Significant engineering experience with team leadership • Familiarity with IBM tools (Websphere, MQ, DB2) • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS) • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) • Strong communication skills for technical discussions
