This senior role requires a seasoned legal expert to guide Lenovo’s North America Contracts Team. You will manage and develop team members while delivering crucial legal support across various commercial transactions. The position demands substantial experience in technology and public sector contracts, fostering strong internal relationships while managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor the North America Contracts Team • Draft, review, and negotiate complex technology agreements • Build rapport with internal clients and stakeholders • Provide commercial legal advice to North America teams • Develop efficiencies in legal service delivery
Requirements: • J.D. from an accredited law school • 12+ years of relevant legal experience • Significant experience with technology transactions • Familiarity with U.S. Public Sector contracting • Strong communication and organizational skills
