Manage defence logistics information and inventory as a Kanata Logistics Management Analyst using DND DRMIS, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
This Analyst supports the Kanata Operations Team through logistics processes for Repair and Overhaul and In Service Support Programs. Daily work includes controlling the flow of goods, services, and information, while meeting customer service and time objectives. You will administer repair orders, source parts from R&O, company, or DND stock, and maintain the repair stock room. The position requires a Materials Management diploma, SAP S/4 HANA knowledge, DND DRMIS experience, and supply chain logistics understanding. Desired experience includes defence industry work, classified material, stocktaking, and DND inventory audits. Attention to detail and strong organization are essential when coordinating records, parts, inventory, and completed repairs. The role also supports continuous improvement of standard logistics processes and relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control logistics flows from origin through customer placement
- Administer SAP and DRMIS repair documentation
- Source parts from R&O, company, or DND stock
- Maintain Repair and Overhaul inventory
- Prepare completed repairs for customer shipment
Requirements:
- Materials Management diploma
- Five to ten years SAP S/4 HANA knowledge
- Two to five years DND DRMIS knowledge
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with stocktaking or DND inventory audits preferred
Use DND DRMIS, SAP, inventory control, and logistics coordination skills to support Kanata repair operations.
