Key Responsibilities
• Lead financial reporting and team development efforts
• Conduct variance analysis for budget performance
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Manage annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Oversee inventory valuation and operational reporting

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of financial management experience
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and cost accounting
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel for financial analysis
