Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate staff across multiple client sites
• Conduct inspections for quality assurance
• Recommend hiring and terminations for staffing needs
• Conduct monthly health and safety training
• Act as a liaison between clients and the regional office
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience managing service-oriented staff
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple locations
• Valid driver's license for regional travel
• Proficient in payroll and timekeeping systems Lead operational excellence with a focus on customer satisfaction at Bee-Clean in Northern Ontario.
