Become a Field Placement Liaison with Algonquin College in Community Studies, overseeing student learning in a flexible part-time role. Facilitate experiential education through active collaboration with community supervisors. This part-time role requires a minimum of a Diploma in Developmental Services Worker or related field, along with three years of relevant experience. You'll implement established curricula and assess student assignments, facilitating their success through effective supervision and communication. Flexibility in work hours is essential as you will conduct on-site visits, both during the day and evenings, reinforcing your impact on the students in their placements.

Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate student learning in field placements
• Implement field curriculum and assess assignments
• Conduct on-site visits during day and evening hours
• Collaborate with community supervisors effectively
• Maintain a positive learning environment for students

Requirements:
• Diploma in Developmental Services Worker or similar
• Three years of front-line DSW experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Supervisory experience is beneficial
