SSP Canada seeks an experienced manager to run coffee shop operations effectively. With a focus on high-volume customer service, your role will involve not only maintaining exceptional standards of food safety but also developing your team and managing operational costs. Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities: • Direct front and back of house operations • Ensure adherence to food safety guidelines • Manage costs and operational budgets • Cultivate a strong, effective team environment • Uphold systems and standards across the operation
Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary • At least 3 years in coffee shop management • Knowledge of MS Office and POS systems • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Must clear airport security requirements
