Key Responsibilities
• Oversee strategic, complex deployments as Executive Sponsor
• Design and improve implementation playbooks and processes
• Guide Senior Implementation Managers and Solutions Architects
• Coordinate with other functional leaders for project success
• Implement standards for governance and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• 10+ years experience in enterprise implementations
• Minimum 4 years in a senior or director-level position
• Proven success with large-scale enterprise projects
• Focus on mentorship and team development
