In this full-time, permanent position, you will take part in essential construction activities, from loading materials to assisting in site operations. Candidates should possess at least 7 months of industry experience and be prepared for the physical challenges of the role, including outdoor work and potential hazards. The role requires working various shifts including mornings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities: • Load and transport construction materials efficiently • Erect and dismantle necessary scaffolding • Mix, pour, and spread construction materials as needed • Assist in equipment operation and heavy tasks • Conduct demolition and manage debris removal
Requirements: • Fluency in English for team interaction • 7 months or more construction experience required • Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs safely • Necessary for working outdoors in all conditions • Reliable personal transportation required
