As an Electrical Engineer in the North American department at Silent-Aire, you'll contribute to various electrical design projects tailored to clients in the data center sector. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, project leadership, and developing comprehensive electrical schematics for our custom solutions. You will also mentor junior engineers and oversee the complete design process from conception to execution.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical design support for air handling units and modular systems • Create detailed electrical drawings and maintenance documents • Conduct electrical calculations for system performance • Lead communication with clients regarding design solutions • Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards
Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering; must be a registered P.Eng. • 2-6 years of electrical design experience • Knowledge of NEC/CEC and UL/CSA standards • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Valid driver’s license and occasional travel required
