This position offers Monday to Friday office hours, hands-on recruitment experience, and could lead to opportunities to support broader Human Resources tasks and projects.This position plays a critical role in shaping the teams that serve our patients. This isn’t just recruitment — it’s helping people find meaningful work that makes a difference.Primary Job Duties:Draft and post job ads across multiple platformsScreen candidates via phone, online interview, and in-person interviewsProactively source candidates through job boards, social media, and community outreachCoordinate interviews and provide timely, professional communicationSupport employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and hiring eventsConduct reference checks and assist with offer preparationHelp with onboarding tasks such as orientation scheduling and file setupMaintain accurate candidate records and assist with recruitment reporting, data entryGeneral administrative duties such as scanning and filing documents, supporting the Human Resources departmentQualificationsTwo or more years of experience in a recruitment focused role, preferably in healthcare, transportation, or customer service industries.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Human Resources coursework, certificate, diploma, or knowledge of current employment legislation is a strong asset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple prioritiesAbility to pass a Criminal Record Check (children and vulnerable adults)Proof of the first and second dose of the Covid vaccination (per Company policy)Why Join Us· Purpose-driven work that supports patient care · Monday to Friday schedule · Opportunities for professional development · Exposure to broader Human Resources tasks and projects· A values-based culture focused on doing the right thing· Group benefits (health, dental, vision, life insurance)· Stable full-time role with impact and meaningReady to Apply?If you’re passionate about recruitment and motivated by meaningful work, we’d love to hear from you.Please apply through with your resume.
