In this senior position, you'll ensure the accuracy and quality of services for fund company clients. Your responsibilities include risk management, compliance, and managing team performance effectively. Strong problem-solving skills are needed to tackle complex operational challenges and promote efficiency improvements through process redesign and automation.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily fund processing and back-office operations • Ensure accurate and timely Fundserv processing • Monitor and resolve operational issues and discrepancies • Lead and coach the operations team for high performance • Develop and implement process improvements and automation
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field • 8+ years in financial services operations • Strong people management experience • Proficient in Fundserv and transaction processing • Experience with vendor management and compliance
