As a Field Specialist, you will lead and mentor the Operations team, ensuring optimized well operations and high standards across all job facets. Your role will focus on effective collaboration with Engineering, Sales, and Tech Services, alongside training all field personnel on NCS Service Line standards. Prepare to engage directly with customers and uphold exceptional service quality, ensuring satisfaction with every operation.
Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and plan critical well operations • Organize communication between customers and NCS Operations • Complete well optimization processes alongside clients • Deliver operational support and uphold NCS SOP standards • Diagnose job issues and recommend remedial actions
Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED, technical degree preferred • 8+ years of relevant industry experience • Valid Driver’s license • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint • Ability to handle physical labor and multi-task
